01 - 07
Haram Textile is equipped with state of the art knitting machines, for all type of knitted fabric like: Fleece, French Terry, Single Jersey, Interlock, Pique, 1x1 Rib, 2x2 Rib, Flat Back Rib, Thermal, Feeder Striped, Engineer Striped and Jacquard knitted fabric.
02 - 07
Haram Textile is furnished with state of the art dyeing with all type of finishes: In-side Brushing, Peaching Effect, Enzyme washed, mercerized stone washed. Also have the enormous facility of Garment Washing of all types: burn out washed look, stone washed look, mineral dyeing with wash, Tie & Dye garment wash, Dip Dye garment wash, etc.
03 - 07
To reduce the wastage of fabric and enhance the fabric usability, installing the CAD/CAM system for pattern designing and grading. In order to ensure constant supply of cut panels, our manual laying and cutting production runs parallel to meet the needs of stitching inductions.
04 - 07
Appealing tints are placed on various kinds of fabric in our printing department where we have the facility of Screen Printing, Heat Transfer, Puff print, Rubber Print, high-density print, flocking, Glitter print, water paste printing, oil paste printing, Foil printing, discharge printing and Photo print, etc. We have a well-equipped design studio which supports production up to 5000 garment cut panels per day.
05 - 07
We have a general range of Embroidery Machines giving us the ability to produce many designs from the simplest to the complex, enabling us to cope with quick turn-around on both small and large volume.
06 - 07
Haram Textile operates 160 sewing machines with a complete range of gauges and attachments. Specialized machine fleet includes: Hemming machines with left hand knife for clean finish; Multi needle chain lock machines for set-in tape applications; Blind hemming machines specially for t-shirts; Elastic & Lace attaching machines with right hand knife for clean finished edge; Automatic binding cutter machine with built-in equalizer for consistent tape cutting; Continuous fusing machines for interlining providing superior quality and stability after wash; Every sewing machine has a built-in head light giving extra visibility to the operator.
07 - 07
Packing is the last process before shipping the garment. We have a well-trained packing team to meet customer requirements. We have a capacity of 70,000 Pcs/month.
